found dogs north park

I found two dogs yesterday on North Park and West Lake Houston.
One is a Welsh Terrier, male about 30 lbs no collar.
The other one is also male, looks like "Benjie" He has a blue collar no tags.
they are both very friendly and seem to know each other.
I already have two dogs and cannot keep these guys.
